PORT AUTHORITY REMINDS STUDENTS OF 28X, LATE-NIGHT SERVICE CHANGES
Port Authority reminds college students that changes to 28X Airport Flyer service and to late-night service on buses operating in Downtown Pittsburgh, Oakland and South Side will take effect Sunday, March 6, 2005. Students who normally use 28X Airport Flyer service for travel during spring break should be aware that as of March 6 it will no longer serve Oakland on weekends and holidays. While weekday service to Oakland will continue, customers outside Downtown Pittsburgh must use existing service on other routes to reach 28X Downtown stops and must transfer from 28X service to existing service on other routes to reach their destination on weekends. The Renaissance and Baroque Society presents Lionheart, vocal ensembles.  Saturday, February 26, at 8:00 p.m. in Synod Hall, Oakland.  This program of Spanish Renaissance sacred vocal music features works by two of Renaissance Spain’s greatest composers, Cristóbal Morales and Francisco Guerrero.  The centerpiece of this program is Morales’s rarely heard Missa Ave Maria.
